- ⢠Own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle for Optimal Blueâs mortgage-technology solutions, translating complex product capabilities into crisp, benefit-driven narratives that resonate with lenders, investors, and capital-markets professionals.
- ⢠Conduct deep-dive market intelligence: size addressable markets, map buyer personas, track competitor feature releases, pricing moves, and messaging pivots; synthesize findings into actionable battle cards and quarterly competitive briefs that arm Sales and Product with a sustained edge.
- ⢠Translate customer interviews, win/loss calls, and NPS feedback into positioning frameworks that clarify why Optimal Blue wins, where we must improve, and which roadmap items will unlock the greatest revenue lift.
- ⢠Architect go-to-market plans for every major release and feature enhancementâfrom beta recruitment and launch sequencing to post-launch adoption campaignsâensuring each initiative has measurable KPIs (pipeline influence, product-qualified leads, attach-rate, ARR impact).
- ⢠Produce a steady drumbeat of high-impact collateral: solution one-pagers, ROI calculators, explainer videos, interactive demos, webinar decks, and customer case studies; manage external writers and designers to keep brand voice consistent and deadlines met.
- ⢠Partner with Demand Gen to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (paid social, ABM display, email nurtures, podcasts, trade-show booths) that elevate product awareness, capture intent signals, and accelerate deal velocity.
- ⢠Enable a 100+ person sales force and 30+ partner channel managers with just-in-time training, competitive kill sheets, objection-handling scripts, and quarterly certification sessions that lift win rates and shorten sales cycles.
- ⢠Serve as the "voice of product" on Optimal Blueâs industry podcasts, customer advisory boards, and marquee events (MBA Annual, IMN Secondary, Money 20/20); secure speaking slots, prep executives, and create on-site demo experiences that generate buzz and pipeline.
- ⢠Establish closed-loop feedback systems: track campaign attribution in HubSpot/Salesforce, surface insights in monthly QBRs, and iterate rapidlyâsunset underperformers and double-down on high-ROI plays.
- ⢠Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, and Finance to craft packaging and tiering strategies that maximize ARPU while reducing sales friction; model price-elasticity scenarios and present recommendations to executive leadership.
- ⢠Champion customer advocacy: identify power users for reference calls, video testimonials, and co-marketing opportunities; nurture a community of champions who amplify Optimal Blueâs story across social and industry forums.
- ⢠Uphold brand governance and compliance standards, ensuring every asset meets regulatory requirements for mortgage-industry advertising and aligns with corporate style guidelines.
- ⢠Mentor junior marketers and dotted-line manage contract creatives, fostering a culture of experimentation, constructive critique, and continuous learning.
- ⢠Travel up to 20 % for customer visits, trade shows, and internal summits, capturing first-hand market insights and strengthening relationships with key accounts.
