📋 Description

  • Lead go-to-market planning for Extended Reality (XR) solutions, including launch readiness, channel activation, system setup, marketing coordination, and cross-functional execution in the U.S. market.
  • Translate global XR strategy into localized market offerings by aligning product positioning, messaging, and value propositions with local customer needs and global brand guidelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive market, customer, competitor, and operational analysis to identify adoption barriers, localization needs, market constraints, and operational gaps.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for product roadmap enhancements, commercialization priorities, and market improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate cross-functional local stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, regulatory, and retail teams to ensure seamless rollout execution.
  • Manage local project execution for market enablement, tracking readiness, launch progress, and quality of implementation across online and offline channels.
  • Lead the rollout of the online customer journey, ensuring alignment with global digital strategy and local market behavior.
  • Steer offline retail enablement activities, including selection and onboarding of Experience Center Partners (ECPs), staff training programs, and quality audits.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement tools such as product narratives, training materials, launch toolkits, and competitive guidance for commercial teams.
  • Handle customer escalation cases in collaboration with local customer service, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure resolution and feedback integration.
  • Monitor post-launch customer feedback, adoption performance, and key business KPIs to refine local execution and optimize outcomes.
  • Implement local improvement initiatives and communicate identified needs and opportunities to the global XR team for broader alignment.
  • Ensure consistent alignment with global XR leadership to define support requirements and maintain strategic coherence across regions.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management across sales, marketing, regulatory, retail operations, and global teams with influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Apply analytical mindset to track readiness, execution quality, launch performance, and customer issues in a structured, results-oriented manner.
  • Demonstrate commercial orientation and customer focus while navigating fast-changing, ambiguous environments with entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Own end-to-end responsibilities for assigned initiatives, making independent decisions within scope and delivering results with high accountability.
  • Communicate effectively in English at C1-C2 proficiency level, both verbally and in writing, to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt product and marketing strategies to meet the unique demands of the U.S. market while maintaining global brand integrity and compliance standards.
