  • • Own the messaging, positioning, and competitive narrative for PAR’s hardware portfolio including POS terminals, self-service kiosks, drive-thru hardware, and payment devices.
  • • Translate technical hardware specifications into operator value propositions focused on uptime, throughput, labor efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive messaging assets including product pages, datasheets, comparison guides, and integrated platform narratives that align with PAR’s "Better Together" ecosystem.
  • • Lead product marketing for PAR’s repair and hardware services portfolio, connecting service-level commitments to operator outcomes such as downtime reduction and cost control.
  • • Identify competitive positioning opportunities against OEM-direct offerings and third-party MSPs, and build battlecards based on win/loss analysis.
  • • Partner with the growth team to design and execute full campaigns that expand the services total addressable market (TAM), including email, landing pages, PPC programs, and Gong cadences.
  • • Create sales enablement collateral such as one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling guides tailored for hardware and services sales teams.
  • • Develop talk tracks and training materials to equip FAST and FAM sales teams on positioning, selling, and differentiating PAR hardware and services.
  • • Lead product marketing for PAR’s ISV partner ecosystem, positioning integrations as operator value drivers rather than technical footnotes.
  • • Co-develop co-sell messaging and joint narratives with ISV partners to articulate combined value for shared prospects.
  • • Produce partner-facing and market-facing content that frames PAR integrations as part of an open, scalable operator platform.
  • • Provide product marketing support to international markets as needed, ensuring messaging consistency and asset adaptation for regional teams.
  • • Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to align launch strategies for new service tiers, coverage expansions, and international initiatives.
  • • Maintain a clear competitive point of view on how PAR hardware and services compare to alternative POS vendors and third-party service providers.
  • • Support pricing and packaging discussions with competitive context and positioning clarity derived from field feedback and market analysis.
  • • Build and manage a library of standardized, scalable marketing assets used globally across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • • Serve as the primary product marketing liaison between technical product teams, sales, partnerships, and international operations.
  • • Conduct regular competitive intelligence reviews and surface actionable signals from the field to inform product and marketing strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4 to 6 years in product marketing or related B2B SaaS roles, preferably in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or hardware technology
  • • Experience marketing physical products, services portfolios, or platform ecosystems
  • • Proven track record crafting differentiated messaging that drives adoption and pipeline
  • • Strong grasp of competitive analysis, positioning, and buyer segmentation
  • • Comfortable working with technical product specifications and translating them into operator value
  • • Confident communicator across all levels, from sales calls to executive briefings
