- • As a Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Acorns, you will lead the narrative architecture, go-to-market strategy, and evergreen content programs that drive adoption across the Acorns and Acorns Early product portfolios, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver financial wellness for the whole family by putting wealth-building tools into everyone’s hands.
- • You will own master messaging frameworks, lead high-priority product launches end-to-end, integrate modern AI tools into daily practice, build reusable workflows to elevate team standards, and continuously raise the quality bar for product marketing operations.
- • You will join a remote-first organization rooted in values of leading with heart, making bold decisions, building trust, never stopping growth, and finding a way—working alongside a team committed to creating a new world through meaningful work that solves societal challenges.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-integrated marketing operations, refine your ability to translate product capabilities into customer value, scale content systems, and drive measurable adoption through data-informed, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Compliance teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of product marketing experience, including leading product launches that drove measurable adoption (Consumer, fintech, or subscription experience preferred)
- • Strong AI fluency, with experience applying modern AI tools to research, messaging, content development, or competitive analysis
- • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value
- • Proven ability to synthesize customer insights and market signals into actionable marketing plans
- • Experience building scalable content systems and repeatable processes in fast-paced environments
