📋 Description

• As the first Product Operations leader at Clay Labs Inc., you will establish foundational launch frameworks and cross-functional alignment to ensure product launches deliver real customer and business value at scale.
• You will own the end-to-end launch process, drive company-wide product alignment through structured forums and systems, partner with enablement teams to train GTM, lead quarterly planning, and serve as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback into roadmap inputs.
• Clay Labs is a high-growth AI-powered growth platform backed by Sequoia, CapitalG, and First Round, with over $100M in revenue and a $5B valuation, serving clients like Notion, Google, Anthropic, and Ramp, and fostering a unique culture of creativity and experimentation.
• In this role, you will shape how Clay plans, communicates, and scales product excellence, gaining influence over product strategy while building scalable systems that impact the entire organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar role driving cross-functional execution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence product strategy and cross-functional decision-making beyond execution
• Process-builder mindset with experience creating scalable systems
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
