📋 Description

• As the first product operations hire at Stable, you will help accelerate how the company builds products that require both engineering and operational excellence by establishing, operationalizing, and scaling product development processes.
• You will directly support Product by operationalizing critical workflows such as filing government paperwork, handling computer vision edge cases, resolving failed check deposits, and managing relationships with regulators and vendors like USPS, financial institutions, and state governments.
• You will build internal tools for teams, improve compliance and verification processes in coordination with Finance and Legal, and take ownership of messy, high-impact problems that move the product forward.
• You will analyze data, establish KPIs, monitor cohorts, design experiments, and update processes to improve product velocity and support early-stage launches from MVP to General Availability.
• This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of how companies are built by joining an early-stage startup backed by Y Combinator and other top investors, where your work directly impacts Stable’s mission to modernize business entity management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a product or operations-facing role (e.g., product manager, business operations, engineer)
• Experience building software
• Excellent communication skills with evidence of exceptional organization or project management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing quick wins with long-term strategy
• Nice to have: experience with SQL and analytics tools like Posthog or Amplitude
• Nice to have: experience in startup environments or early-stage product work
