Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Operations Associate at Clipboard Health Inc., you will serve as a critical bridge between product development and operational execution, ensuring seamless product launches and continuous improvement of user experience. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to lift professionals up the socioeconomic ladder by enabling reliable access to on-demand shifts through a scalable, user-friendly marketplace.
  • • You will become a product expert and go-to problem-solver, responsible for preparing customers and support teams for new releases, identifying product improvements through data and user feedback, and flexibly supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact—all while working remotely with a mission-driven, global team of 1,000+.
  • • Day to day, you will draft clear announcements and help articles for product launches, create and refine scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinate rollouts to ensure support teams and customers are informed and ready.
  • • You will audit support tickets, conduct customer interviews, test app features, and use AI-assisted tools to create small pull requests (PRs) for engineering review, then deliver actionable insights to Product Managers through concise, persuasive writing.
  • • You will flexibly support emerging business needs—such as testing notification strategies, building product training for sales teams, or configuring AI agents to automate manual workflows—based on where your curiosity and initiative lead.
  • • In your first days, you will engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and delights, review internal documentation, and explore the product hands-on by auditing tickets and testing workflows to build deep product fluency.
  • • You will collaborate with a high-performing, remote-first team that values curiosity, ownership, and rapid learning, where your ability to ask questions, test assumptions, and communicate clearly will be rewarded with meaningful impact.
  • • This role offers accelerated growth in product thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, positioning you to shape how a profitable, mission-driven marketplace scales its impact across healthcare verticals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong written communication skills: ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive memos, announcements, and documentation that drive understanding and action.
  • • Insatiable curiosity and a bias for action: natural tendency to ask probing questions, test assumptions, and go to the source (e.g., calling customers, testing features) to uncover truth.
  • • Basic technical fluency: ability to read and debug SQL queries or Python scripts, and distinguish between easy and hard engineering tasks to make grounded product suggestions.
  • • Resilience and learning agility: capacity to bounce back quickly from mistakes, avoid repeating errors, and treat failures as learning opportunities.
  • • Customer-centric mindset: comfort speaking directly with users to gather feedback, understand workflows, and advocate for their needs within product decisions.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote work with a global team: flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. while collaborating with a diverse, mission-driven team of 1,000+ across time zones.
  • • Impact-driven culture: direct contribution to a profitable, YC-backed company that has filled millions of shifts annually and helped tens of thousands of professionals grow their careers and income.
  • • Professional growth opportunities: exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support, and mentorship from senior leaders including Co-CEOs and Heads of Operations.
  • • Learning and development support: access to resources that encourage curiosity-driven exploration, including AI-assisted tools and opportunities to contribute to engineering workflows.
  • • Stability and mission alignment: employment at a company profitable since 2022, expanding into new verticals (Dental, Home Health, etc.), and committed to long-term socioeconomic impact.
