📋 Description

• As a Product Operations Lead at Vannevar Labs, you will scale Special Activities and Information Operations product deployments to deliver mission-critical outcomes for defense customers, directly supporting national security objectives through AI-powered geopolitical analysis and operational excellence.
• Day to day, you will deliver mission impact by understanding customer objectives and executing timely insights using AI/ML tools, curate and rigorously validate data-driven insights, test and improve operational processes including tradecraft and vendor management, lead high-impact customer interactions such as mission demonstrations and support, and travel approximately 30% to engage with customers in person.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in national security analysis and geopolitical trends, strengthen your ability to manage complex stakeholder operations, drive process improvements in defense product deployment, and gain direct influence on mission outcomes for high-stakes customers, positioning you as a strategic operator at the intersection of defense, AI, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in intelligence or geopolitical analysis, ideally with experience using software for data analysis, or in customer success for defense/intelligence products
• Deep understanding of geopolitical trends and ongoing world events
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations with multiple stakeholders and implement significant improvements to operational processes
• Domain experience in national security analysis, polling/population data analysis, or media/social media expertise preferred
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred
