- • A fast-growing, Series D/E AI SaaS company operating at the intersection of housing and healthcare is hiring a Product Operations Manager to support its housing product line.
- • This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role sitting at the heart of product development — partnering closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, enterprise-ready solutions.
- • You'll work close to both the product surface area and the underlying data, using technical and analytical skills to drive quality, adoption, and iteration speed as the company scales rapidly.
- • Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through specs, diagrams, and thorough edge-case definition.
- • Conduct discovery sessions with new enterprise clients to deeply understand their needs and operational requirements.
- • Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through product releases.
- • Analyze product usage data using SQL to surface insights, identify gaps, and inform prioritization.
- • Manage compliance requirements and ensure products meet enterprise-grade standards.
- • Own process documentation and maintain high-quality internal specs and runbooks.
- • Act as a connective layer between Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep complex initiatives on track.

- • Experience in product operations, technical program management, or execution-focused roles at a high-growth technology company.
- • Working proficiency in SQL and comfort driving independent data analysis.
- • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear specs and process documentation.
- • High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through.
