- • Own and continuously refine the end-to-end launch playbook for every new course, product release, partner program, and major GTM initiative at Ziplines. You will be the single source of truth who turns high-level strategy into an executable, week-by-week plan that Product, LXD, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations can all follow.
- • Design and maintain lightweight, high-leverage systems in Notion, Airtable, or similar tools that give every stakeholder real-time visibility into timelines, milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies. Your dashboards and templates will eliminate surprises and reduce the need for status meetings.
- • Run disciplined cross-functional launch cadences: weekly stand-ups, readiness reviews, go/no-go checkpoints, and post-launch retros. You will keep 50-plus moving pieces synchronized while surfacing blockers early and driving resolution before they derail dates.
- • Translate complex updates from Product, Marketing, or LXD into crisp, actionable plans and clear next steps that busy teams can absorb in minutes, not hours. Your ability to distill the signal from the noise will be the difference between on-time launches and costly delays.
- • Identify and manage risks across all workstreams—content production, accreditation, pricing, positioning, partner enablement, sales training, and customer support—escalating only when strategic decisions are needed and otherwise resolving tactically.
- • Improve launch efficiency and consistency quarter over quarter by collecting data, measuring cycle time, and iterating on process. Your goal: cut friction, increase speed, and scale from 1–2 launches per year to 6+ without adding headcount.
- • Lead select strategic operational initiatives that strengthen how Product interfaces with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—for example, standardizing naming conventions, automating hand-offs, or creating a shared KPI dashboard.
- • Serve as a calm, solutions-oriented presence when priorities shift, requirements evolve, or information is incomplete. You bring order to chaos without over-engineering, creating clarity and calm for teams under pressure.
- • Act as a trusted thought partner to Product leadership, surfacing insights from the field and recommending systemic improvements that help the entire portfolio scale.
