- • As a Product Operations Manager at Remofirst Inc., you will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, and Legal, driving clarity, speed, and excellence across the product organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating structured processes, delivering actionable data, and enabling proactive communication to ensure the right systems, insights, and documentation are in place for efficient and autonomous product scaling.
- • Remofirst is a fast-growing global HR platform company with over 200 employees, dedicated to enabling Freedom of Work by simplifying global hiring, compliance, payroll, and benefits management for innovative companies ranging from Fortune 500s to leading startups.
- • In this role, you will learn to optimize product delivery at scale, gain deep exposure to cross-functional leadership in a high-growth tech environment, and achieve measurable impact by improving product team efficiency and decision-making through data-driven operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role within a technology or SaaS company
- • Strong ability to design and implement structured processes that improve team efficiency and alignment
- • Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support product decision-making
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams
- • Experience with product lifecycle management and cross-functional project coordination
- • Familiarity with HR tech, global employment, or compliance domains is a plus
