- • As a Product Operations Manager for Embedded Payroll at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in bridging product development with user-facing teams to ensure seamless product adoption and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in shaping the 0-1 product lifecycle, establishing foundational product operations processes from scratch, and driving cross-functional alignment to support global scalability.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking a product from concept to product-market fit and scaling it beyond, building systems to operationalize processes, collecting and quantifying product-related challenges for prioritization by product and engineering teams, seeking information to solve conceptual problems and contributing to product shaping, driving top company launches and global rollouts to ensure smooth deployments, analyzing user feedback and digging deep into data to gain insights for continuous product improvements, designing and implementing complex operational systems to optimize product operations, managing vendors and channeling product feedback into relevant teams, and leading large cross-functional projects focused on product innovation, user experience enhancement, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related operational role involving close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- • Proficiency in analyzing data, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing those insights to drive product enhancements, including experience with BI tools such as SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, and Excel/Sheets.
- • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, coupled with a problem-focused, solutions-oriented mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
