📋 Description

• As a Project Manager on the Product Operations team at OnePay, you will drive execution across critical product initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver new features and improve how products are built and launched. This role is pivotal in turning strategic vision into tangible outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment where speed, clarity, and execution excellence are paramount.
• You will own the end-to-end delivery of product launches, managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional readiness to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, with quality, and aligned with business goals. This includes supporting roadmap governance, helping teams prioritize work, and removing blockers to keep momentum high across complex, multidisciplinary efforts.
• You will continuously improve how work gets done by owning and evolving project management tools, templates, and workflows—leveraging automation and AI where possible—to increase visibility, reduce friction, and enhance execution efficiency across the organization.
• You will build and refine processes that strengthen organizational efficiency, documentation quality, and stakeholder alignment, creating scalable systems that enable teams to operate with greater clarity and autonomy in a high-growth environment.
• You will serve as a key point of coordination for external partners, including banking institutions and strategic allies, managing relationships and communication to ensure seamless integration and alignment on shared objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology-based project management, product operations, or a related role within fintech or technology
• Experience setting up and managing project management tools, workflows, and automation, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve execution
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing external strategic partnerships and/or vendor relationships
