As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dedicated Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. - • In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison between our customers, product, and engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on enhancing product functionality, optimizing user experience, and driving operational efficiency through meticulous data analysis, customer engagement, and rigorous testing. You will be the voice of the customer within the product development lifecycle, ensuring their needs and pain points are understood and addressed.
- • A significant aspect of your responsibility will involve diving deep into data to uncover actionable insights. You will identify emerging trends in user behavior and product performance, translating these findings into data-driven recommendations that enhance product functionality and elevate the overall user experience. This analytical approach is crucial for informing strategic product decisions and ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to market demands.

- • Collaborating closely with product management and engineering stakeholders, you will help define and prioritize product enhancements. - • To empower our users and drive product adoption, you will assist in creating high-quality resources. This includes developing comprehensive documentation, user-friendly onboarding guides, and effective training materials that enable customers to maximize their use of the Flagright platform.
- • A critical part of your role will be to identify process gaps within our product operations and propose innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive approach to process improvement will contribute significantly to the scalability and smooth functioning of our operations.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to align on product priorities, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and ensure the consistent and timely delivery of impactful product updates. This close collaboration ensures that development efforts are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations will be essential. You will assess the success and impact of our product initiatives, using this data to make informed, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- • Evaluating user feedback, conducting user research, and synthesizing these insights will be ongoing activities. Your contribution will directly enhance the product's usability and customer satisfaction, ensuring Flagright remains a leader in AML compliance solutions.
