- • Join Sprinklr, a leader in AI-native Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), as a Product Operations Summer Intern and play a pivotal role in optimizing how our global Product organization functions. - • As a Product Operations Summer Intern, you will be instrumental in refining critical workflows, developing comprehensive documentation, and improving internal processes across the entire Product organization. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development lifecycle, ensuring smoother operations and better support for our product initiatives.
- • You will actively support the coordination of product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared. This includes assisting with internal enablement activities, equipping sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively represent and support our products.
- • A key responsibility will be to help maintain and organize our product documentation and knowledge resources. This involves ensuring that information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date, serving as a vital resource for internal teams and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing.
- • In the realm of data and insights, you will support the tracking and reporting of essential product metrics and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves gathering data, assisting in the creation of reports, and helping to visualize performance trends.
