Product Owner

📋 Description

• • Own the Options product area end-to-end, including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and business outcomes, while contributing to other strategic product initiatives across the platform.
• • Drive continuous product discovery by collaborating with customers, stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and solve high-impact customer and business problems.
• • Define and monitor key product metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, trading activity, customer satisfaction, and revenue, using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• • Lead delivery of product initiatives from concept to release, ensuring clear requirements, cross-functional alignment, and successful execution, while partnering closely with engineering to balance customer value, technical excellence, and platform stability.
• • Contribute to the evolution of product management practices, product operating model, and AI adoption across the organization.
• • Work within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where rapid responses to market dynamics and proactive problem-solving are expected.
• • Apply strong analytical and commercial instincts to make data-driven decisions that align with customer empathy and domain expertise in financial markets.
• • Translate complex customer problems into effective product solutions in an Agile environment, working directly with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and business impact.
• • Leverage modern AI tooling to create feature MVPs, build dashboards, and automate workflows to enhance product efficiency and decision-making.
• • Maintain fluent communication in both English and Russian to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• • Foster a culture of integrity, loyalty, and collaboration, demonstrating a hands-on, can-do attitude and an overachiever mentality.
