As a leading nearshore software development agency, we specialize in combining top LATAM talent with world-class execution and an AI-first approach to product engineering. We partner with PMF+ startups and businesses in the United States, operating on a team-augmentation model where we either build or enhance their existing product engineering capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital products for our clients, demanding a hands-on approach and a genuine startup mentality.
• • In this crucial role, you will be the driving force behind translating complex customer needs and internal visions into tangible, high-impact digital products. Your primary mission will involve the meticulous definition, rigorous prioritization, and continuous optimization of product development roadmaps. This ensures that every feature we develop delivers demonstrable value, seamlessly aligning the efforts of our technical, business, and user experience teams. You will act as the bridge between client aspirations and engineering realities, ensuring clarity, focus, and successful delivery.
• • A core responsibility will be the meticulous definition, prioritization, and ongoing management of the product backlog. This will be achieved through close collaboration with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and external clients. You will be expected to deeply understand their needs, translate abstract business ideas, valuable customer insights, and exciting innovation opportunities into precise, actionable user stories and well-defined requirements that the engineering team can execute upon.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with our talented engineering, UX/UI, and leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact product releases. This involves not just overseeing the development process but actively fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and efficiency thrive. Your ability to manage expectations effectively, communicate progress transparently, and align all parties on a shared definition of 'success' for each release will be paramount to achieving our goals.
• • Proactive risk identification and mitigation will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for spotting potential roadblocks early, escalating critical issues to the appropriate channels, and skillfully balancing the competing demands of scope, timelines, and available resources. This requires a keen eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver optimal outcomes.
