📋 Description

• • The Product Owner will own and manage project backlogs in Azure DevOps, leading feature grooming, sprint planning, and testing coordination while identifying risks and escalating to stakeholders as needed.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product and project backlogs for multiple SaaS/internal products, ensuring consistent intake and prioritization of work items, partnering with engineering and research teams to align stories with product goals, tracking sprint progress and dependencies, and building dashboards for leadership on throughput and velocity.
• • The role involves supporting product requirements by collaborating with Product Managers and other Product Owners to translate business needs into structured user stories with acceptance criteria, maintaining documentation, and maintaining crosswalks between project items and client commitments.
• • The Product Owner will also serve as the product owner for a new AI-powered offering, translating subject matter expert requirements into a product backlog aligned with strategy, and coordinating data operations tasks such as dataset refreshes and quality checks with data engineering and QA teams.
• • The role emphasizes process improvement by identifying bottlenecks in product and data workflows, improving consistency in story writing and sprint hygiene, and driving automation and efficiency initiatives across workflows aligned with strategic themes.
• • The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, solve complex resource constraints, and act as a trusted partner to other product owners and product managers.
• • Precision AQ’s Product Solutions team is expanding in India, focusing on building and delivering products and productized services in oncology access, social/digital listening, and clinical trial document analysis, working with an established India-based engineering/research team and global product managers.
