- • As a Product Owner at Henry Schein, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital shopping experience for healthcare customers by defining and prioritizing product features that drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion on the company’s eCommerce platform. Your insights, grounded in user feedback, market research, and data analytics, will directly influence strategic decisions that enhance online account management and shopping journeys, making this role essential to the company’s digital transformation and customer-centric growth strategy.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with senior product managers to define and prioritize features that improve the eCommerce shopping journey; partner with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and delightful customer experiences; gather and analyze user feedback to inform product strategy; work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product improvements; develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs; monitor KPIs to measure success and identify optimization opportunities; conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics; maintain and groom the product backlog; collaborate with other product owners to ensure alignment; balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals; and utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Trello to manage workflows and communication.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Agile product ownership, data-informed decision making, and customer experience strategy within a complex B2B healthcare eCommerce environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience influencing product strategy at scale, refining your stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, design, and business teams, and building a measurable track record of delivering features that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes—positioning you for advancement into senior product leadership or strategic innovation roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in professional experience, including proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital environment.
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related discipline; holding two or more industry certifications is preferred.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello); experience with data analytics to inform product decisions.
- • Customer-centric mindset with passion for creating exceptional experiences; familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Crazy Egg) is a plus.
