📋 Description

• As Product Owner for Agentic AI at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the development and scaling of a sophisticated AI platform that automates over 70% of inbound sales and service requests, directly impacting how customers manage car ownership through intelligent, end-to-end automation.
• You will shape the roadmap and execution of AI-driven customer experiences by partnering with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails, while serving as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization to establish AI best practices and platform standards.
• You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI, collaborating with partners like OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation, driving improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation.
• Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, pre-IPO startup with $240M in funding, over 5M customers, and a market-leading AI-powered super app for car ownership; you’ll report directly to the COO and own one of the company’s most critical growth levers in a flat, ambitious organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
• Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs, agent architectures, and emerging AI capabilities
• Proven track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products
