📋 Description

• As Product Owner for AI Agents and Automation at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the development and scaling of a sophisticated AI platform that automates over 70% of inbound sales and service requests, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency in a high-growth, pre-IPO startup environment.
• You will drive end-to-end product development for AI-powered customer experiences, including roadmap definition, prompt strategy design, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails, while partnering with engineering teams to balance latency, cost, and accuracy in LLM-powered systems.
• You will serve as the technical translator between engineering and cross-functional teams, establishing AI best practices and platform standards, and collaborating with partners like OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and computer-use agents.
• You will work within a flat organizational structure, reporting directly to the COO, and have the opportunity to shape one of the company’s most important growth levers in a profitable, well-funded startup with 5M+ customers and $240M raised.
• You will join a mission-driven team redefining car ownership through AI, working in a culture of curiosity, egoless collaboration, and rapid innovation to build a unified platform that simplifies fragmented automotive experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
• Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures
• Proven track record of turning complex, strategic AI concepts into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to validate hypotheses and drive experimentation
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example in implementing AI platform standards
