📋 Description

• As a Product Owner for AI Internal Systems, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities across various areas such as People, Finance, Operations, Recruiting, and business workflows, and building AI solutions that improve efficiency, automate repetitive processes, and enable better decision-making.
• You will be responsible for building AI-powered internal tools and systems from concept to production, identifying opportunities where AI can improve internal workflows and operations, designing and implementing intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations, translating business needs into practical product and technical solutions, working closely with teams across A1 to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions, and owning end-to-end execution, from idea generation to deployment and iteration.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions, and own end-to-end execution, from idea generation to deployment and iteration.
• You will be expected to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and have a strong ownership mindset and ability to solve ambiguous problems.
• You will be responsible for building and shipping production software, AI applications, or automation systems, and have a strong technical foundation and problem-solving ability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations is a plus
