- • The Product Owner for CSM Applications is a critical role responsible for shaping how Customer Success engages, operates, and delivers value at scale by serving as the primary business owner for CSM Applications, defining vision, roadmap, requirements, and cross-functional alignment to turn business needs into delivered outcomes.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CSM Applications; gathering and translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partnering with CSM Applications Admins to plan sprints, prioritize work, ensure quality and on-time delivery; designing and optimizing Customer Success processes and workflows; collaborating with Operations, CS Leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and enablement; defining release plans and communicating changes; establishing and tracking success metrics; managing day-to-day user support including troubleshooting and user administration; monitoring system performance and data integrity; and maintaining expertise in owned systems and related technologies.
