- • As a Product Owner for CSM Applications at Contentsquare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools that empower Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional value to clients, directly impacting customer retention, satisfaction, and product adoption across our global user base.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining and prioritizing the product backlog for CSM-facing applications, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories, conducting stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, validating solutions through user testing, and ensuring timely delivery of features that enhance CSM efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will join a dynamic, innovative Product team within Contentsquare’s global organization, working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values experimentation, customer obsession, and continuous improvement. The team is distributed across multiple regions, fostering a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product management within a B2B SaaS context, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders, gain hands-on experience with experience intelligence platforms, and develop leadership skills in driving cross-functional initiatives that scale impact across international markets.
