- • As a Technical Product Owner for Customer Success & Technical Onboarding at Amplify Education, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maturing the use of Salesforce and Gainsight to improve business operations, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance organizational capabilities for a company serving over 15 million K–12 students nationwide.
- • Day to day, you will lead the product roadmap for Gainsight, drive enterprise technology initiatives like automated customer provisioning and SaaS auto-licensing, optimize onboarding workflows in Salesforce, partner with Customer Success to design system workflows (including health scorecards and risk CTAs), monitor and resolve production issues, and collaborate across teams to align technology with business strategy using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- • You will partner with Business Systems Product Owners, engineering, QA, operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience teams to represent the voice of the user, define and prioritize product vision, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and epics for delivery teams.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise Customer Success platforms, deepen your Agile product ownership skills, gain experience in K–12 edtech operations, and grow your ability to drive cross-functional alignment and data-informed decision-making at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with Salesforce
- • Experience with Customer Success platforms (preferably Gainsight)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- • Proven experience working in Agile development environments
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
