- • Serve as the Product Owner for the Demand Integrations team within adjoe’s Advertising Solutions department, owning the end-to-end product roadmap for campaign distribution logic and external partner integrations.
- • Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business goals, user needs, and data-driven insights from BI analysts and data scientists leveraging machine learning models.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for campaign optimization systems.
- • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams delivering high-impact advertising platform features.
- • Own the integration lifecycle with external attribution partners including MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) and advertiser aggregators, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the efficiency and scalability of campaign distribution algorithms that serve over 200 million daily mobile users.
- • Work directly with account managers and advertisers to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements that increase advertiser ROI and publisher revenue.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with adjoe’s proprietary advertising ecosystem, including Playtime, Arcade, and adjoe Ads, to ensure product decisions align with the broader platform strategy.
- • Coordinate with product and engineering leads to define KPIs and success metrics for integrations and campaign distribution systems, ensuring measurable impact on engagement, retention, and revenue.
- • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, bridging communication gaps and ensuring transparency in product delivery timelines and outcomes.
- • Document product specifications, integration protocols, and operational workflows to ensure knowledge retention and smooth onboarding of new team members.
- • Stay current with industry trends in programmatic advertising, mobile attribution, and rewarded ad formats to inform strategic product decisions and maintain adjoe’s competitive edge.
- • Advocate for user-centric design in all product features, ensuring that both advertisers and publishers receive clear, actionable insights through the platform’s dashboard powered by Druid and other state-of-the-art databases.
- • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to align Demand Integrations roadmap with broader Advertising Solutions objectives and company-wide growth targets.
- • Ensure all product deliverables adhere to adjoe’s commitment to in-house development and technological innovation, maintaining full ownership of core platform logic.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven advertising, mobile app, or SaaS environment
- • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, mobile attribution (MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust), and demand-side platforms
- • Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and analysts on machine learning-driven systems
- • Experience managing integrations with third-party platforms and APIs in a high-scale digital advertising context
- • Demonstrated ability to prioritize backlog items based on business impact, user feedback, and data metrics
- • Fluency in Agile methodologies and experience leading sprint cycles with cross-functional engineering teams
