📋 Description

• • As a Product Owner for Professional Services at Amplify Education, you will drive the vision, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal Professional Services scheduling systems and the customer-facing Learning Management System, directly impacting how educators and support teams deliver scalable, effective learning experiences.
• • You will lead the strategic roadmap for scheduling automation and LMS enhancements, partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Professional Development, Tutoring, and Operations, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
• • Amplify Education is a pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, serving over 15 million students across all 50 states with next-generation curriculum, assessment, and formative tools that empower teachers to personalize instruction and foster deep, creative thinking in learners.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise product ownership, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery, and edtech systems integration while measuring product performance, driving UAT, managing vendor relationships, and piloting AI tools to improve Professional Services efficiency and user adoption.
