- • As a Product Owner for Station Experience at roadsurfer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our physical and digital touchpoints for our customers and station agents. This is a unique opportunity to own the vision, strategy, and execution for a critical part of the roadsurfer journey, ensuring seamless and delightful experiences from booking to return.
- • You will be the driving force behind defining and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency at our stations while simultaneously elevating the customer experience. This involves a deep dive into the day-to-day realities faced by our station agents and understanding the intricate handoff points with our customers.
- • Your core responsibility will be to translate these insights into a clear, actionable product roadmap. This means not only identifying pain points and opportunities but also articulating them as well-defined user needs, leveraging frameworks like jobs-to-be-done and customer journey maps.
- • A significant part of your role will involve establishing robust data and feedback mechanisms. You will be responsible for setting up analytics and feedback loops to gather crucial data points, enabling you to surface problems, formulate data-informed hypotheses, and rigorously prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact and technical feasibility.
- • You will act as a cross-functional leader, fostering strong collaboration between design, engineering, operations, data science, and other key stakeholders. Your ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision, define clear requirements, and champion priorities will be crucial for driving the timely and high-quality delivery of your product initiatives.
- • Ensuring the quality and reliability of the experiences you deliver is paramount. This includes overseeing rigorous quality assurance processes, meticulous release planning, proactive monitoring of production environments, and a commitment to continuous improvement of performance and uptime.
- • You will be empowered to define the vision and long-term outcomes for the Station Experience domain. This requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of our business objectives, and the ability to translate complex problems into a clear, measurable roadmap with well-defined success criteria.
- • Empathy will be your guiding principle as you immerse yourself in the station agent experience and the customer handoff process. Identifying friction points and uncovering opportunities for improvement will be central to your discovery process.
- • You will leverage data not just to understand problems but to drive innovation. By establishing and analyzing key metrics, you will be able to validate hypotheses and make informed decisions about where to invest development resources for maximum return.
- • Your leadership will extend to guiding your cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch. You will be the champion for your product, ensuring buy-in and alignment across the organization.
- • A key aspect of your role will be ensuring that the solutions you bring to market are not only functional but also delightful to use, meeting the high standards expected by the roadsurfer brand.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile environment, with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and translate insights into a measurable roadmap with clear success criteria.
- • Experience in user research, customer journey mapping, and leveraging data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and Figma, and a strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
