• • The Senior Product Owner at CSG Systems International will serve as a critical liaison between stakeholders, product management, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Encompass product roadmap.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and maintaining a prioritized feature backlog, collaborating with strategic architects to understand technical direction, communicating business context to development teams, acting as a proxy for customers and end users during development, and gathering feedback from departments like Professional Services and Platform Engineering to inform product decisions.
