- • The Marketing team at Attio plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's public perception and user experience. - • We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Partnerships Lead to spearhead the expansion of Attio’s ecosystem of technology and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. This role is critical to our strategy of embedding Attio into the workflows of our target customers by fostering deep integrations with the tools they already utilize and trust.
- • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in expanding and deepening our existing integrations with essential tools that our customers rely on daily. You will also be responsible for forging new commercial relationships with strategic partners, thereby shaping the future of what a best-in-class AI CRM ecosystem can and should look like. This involves understanding the competitive landscape, identifying synergistic opportunities, and articulating a clear vision for mutual growth.
- • The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional aptitude for building and nurturing relationships, a proven ability to operate with speed and agility, and a demonstrated capacity to effectively align cross-functional teams – including Product, Marketing, and Sales – around shared, complex objectives. This position is central to some of Attio's most strategic decisions, encompassing collaborative development of new product capabilities with partners and joint go-to-market launches for new offerings.
- • **Key Responsibilities include:**
- • Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy for our technology partners, working in close collaboration with the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to ensure technical alignment, integration readiness, and successful marketing launches.
- • Proactively identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with category-defining tools and platforms that our customers know and love. This includes owning the end-to-end partner relationship, aligning on the specific integration offering, and leading joint co-marketing initiatives to drive mutual value.
- • Driving outbound partnership development efforts with priority ISVs and other key ecosystem partners through meticulous research, targeted outreach, thorough qualification processes, and early-stage deal shaping.
- • Effectively managing inbound partnership interest by implementing a clear qualification framework to systematically assess and prioritize potential partners for activation and engagement.
- • Maintaining ongoing enablement programs, providing dedicated deal support, and rigorously tracking the performance of active strategic partners to foster and grow the commercial relationship.
- • Evaluating potential reseller or lead-sharing opportunities with existing and prospective partners, prioritizing lightweight, scalable models that are well-suited to the dynamic pace and growth trajectory of a startup environment.
- • Contributing to the overall product strategy by providing insights from the partner ecosystem, identifying opportunities for new features or integrations based on partner needs and market trends.
- • Acting as a key liaison between external partners and internal Attio teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on goals, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- • Championing the value proposition of Attio's partner ecosystem both internally and externally, articulating the benefits to customers, partners, and Attio stakeholders.
- • Contributing to the development of partner enablement materials, sales collateral, and marketing campaigns that highlight the value of our integrated solutions.
