• • As a Product Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, closing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with a diverse range of technology providers. This includes, but is not limited to, HRIS, payroll, time-tracking, expense management, fintech, accounting, and compliance solutions. Your primary objective will be to integrate these partners into the Deel platform, thereby enhancing its value proposition for our customers and expanding our market reach.
• • You will be expected to proactively stay ahead of emerging trends within the broader HR tech and fintech ecosystems. This involves continuous research and analysis to identify potential strategic product partners who can complement and extend Deel's capabilities. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our partnership strategy and ensuring we remain competitive and innovative.
• • A core aspect of this role involves deep, cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive the development and adoption of partner integrations. This collaborative approach ensures that integrations are technically sound, strategically aligned with product roadmaps, and effectively brought to market.
• • To effectively communicate the value and vision of potential integration opportunities, you will be adept at creating clear and compelling partnership pitches. This includes developing visual narratives, such as diagrams and Figma mockups, that clearly articulate the benefits and technical feasibility of proposed partnerships to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• • You will act as a critical technical liaison, effectively translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. This involves a strong understanding of API and SDK documentation, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between business objectives and engineering capabilities.
• • The success of your partnerships will be measured by tangible outcomes. You will be responsible for driving key performance indicators, including partner-driven revenue, the adoption rate of integrated solutions by our customers, and overall customer satisfaction with the integrated offerings. Your ability to demonstrate measurable impact is paramount.
• • Developing and maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date technical and partnership documentation is essential. This documentation will serve both internal teams (for enablement and support) and external partners and customers.
• • You will be expected to effectively communicate your successes and learnings across the organization, championing your product partnerships and ensuring their successful enablement and adoption throughout Deel's various departments. This includes presenting to stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and fostering a collaborative environment around partner integrations.
