- • As a Product Pre-Sales Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our presales function by enabling customers to create solutions that work backwards from their business challenges, directly impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction in high-value, strategic accounts.
- • You will define technical solution strategies aligned with customer objectives using NICE’s Customer Service Automation portfolio, focusing on AI-driven Intelligent Virtual Agents, Knowledge Management, Analytics, Intelligent Routing, and Digital Engagement solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business value are clearly articulated.
- • You will interface with sales, engineering, and product teams to incubate and co-build innovative, forward-thinking solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders by translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
- • You will prepare and deliver persuasive demonstrations of NICE’s CCaaS platform, emphasizing conversational AI, knowledge management, messaging channels, and analytics, while evaluating prospect infrastructure and leading discovery calls to uncover opportunities for NICE solutions.
- • You will respond to RFIs and RFPs with creativity and precision, leveraging deep product knowledge to demonstrate how NICE’s solutions deliver measurable business value, and build internal relationships across CX sales and other teams to evangelize our Customer Service Automation offerings.
- • You will maintain expertise in modern technologies across AI, Digital, Analytics, Telephony, and Cloud platforms, continuously learning and adapting to shifting priorities while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment at NICE, a global leader in AI, cloud, and digital customer experience software, where your contributions help power extraordinary experiences for 25,000+ global businesses, including 85 of the Fortune 100, managing over 120 million customer interactions daily.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred
- • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in solutions engineering, solution/sales architecture, or data, with direct involvement in planning, executing, and managing complex software sales
- • 5+ years of contact center experience and 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
- • Strong knowledge of chatbots, virtual agents, conversational AI, knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, analytics, Enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM)
- • Proven ability to manage deliverables across multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and communicate complex technical concepts with strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills
