- • As a Product Sales Executive (Banking & Payments) at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a key role in helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) save time and money by promoting and selling Tide’s business banking and administrative solutions, including invoicing and accounting tools, directly to existing and prospective members.
- • Day to day, you will call existing Tide members to build rapport, understand their business needs, and upsell relevant products or services; collaborate cross-functionally with product and other teams to stay informed about upcoming launches; test new sales leads and scripts; and engage with prospective members to recommend tailored solutions that support their business growth.
- • You will join a diverse, global team of over 2,500 Tideans, with a strong technology and member support centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, contributing to a mission-driven company that serves over 1.8 million SME members across the UK, India, Germany, and France through innovative, data-driven banking solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in financial services sales, CRM tools like Kustomer, objection handling, and cross-functional collaboration; you’ll gain experience in product-led selling, KPI achievement, and contributing to product feedback loops—building a foundation for growth in sales, account management, or product specialist roles within a fast-growing fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous financial services telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- • Experience using Kustomer or a similar CRM tool
- • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- • Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic nature with strong telephone manner and objection handling skills
- • Self-motivated and conscientious, with a desire to make a real impact on the business
- • Willingness to collaborate with Product Owners across business areas to gather feedback that improves member experience
