  • • Lead hands-on deployment of Solink’s AI-powered platform with commercial and enterprise customers, owning the end-to-end process from kickoff to realized value, including special projects.
  • • Troubleshoot and triage real-time product deployment issues by coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify root causes and restore functionality swiftly.
  • • Translate complex customer operational challenges into working product configurations, working directly with Product to pressure-test assumptions and surface field-validated requirements.
  • • Partner with Design, Sales, and Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding and accelerate time-to-value for customers using Solink’s AI agents and integrations.
  • • Document deployment patterns, edge cases, and scalable playbooks to inform product thinking, improve onboarding, and enable internal teams.
  • • Build, configure, and fine-tune custom AI agents within Solink’s platform to solve specific customer use cases, collaborating with AI and Product teams to define feasibility and scope.
  • • Validate AI agent performance against live customer scenarios, iterating based on field feedback and performance data to improve accuracy and relevance.
  • • Configure and validate how agent outputs are delivered via webhooks, email notifications, SMS, talk-down, and other downstream systems to ensure actionable outcomes.
  • • Maintain and expand a library of reusable AI agent templates and configurations to standardize and accelerate future deployments.
  • • Identify, collect, and curate high-quality datasets from customer environments to support AI model training and fine-tuning, working directly with the AI team to ensure data relevance and integrity.
  • • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to label, structure, and validate data that enhances model accuracy and real-world performance.
  • • Help design feedback loops between deployed AI features and model improvement cycles, closing the gap between model output and customer needs.
  • • Surface data insights to customers through exploration, summarization, and operational reporting tools to drive actionable decisions.
  • • Stay current on Solink’s AI roadmap to advise customers on emerging capabilities and be ready to deploy new features immediately upon release.
  • • Ground truth AI performance in live customer environments by validating outputs, identifying accuracy gaps, and feeding findings back to AI and Engineering teams.
  • • Act as a critical voice from the field, surfacing customer insights, friction points, and patterns that directly inform product roadmap decisions and engineering priorities.
  • • Partner with Product and Design to translate real-world customer workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences that are usable and repeatable across diverse environments.
  • • Create guides, training materials, and playbooks to enable Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to deploy AI features confidently and consistently.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical, or operational role such as Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or Customer Success Manager.
  • • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex software products and translate them clearly for non-technical audiences.
  • • Strong problem-solving instincts with curiosity about how technology works and how to push it beyond standard use cases.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to fluidly engage customers, product teams, and engineers.
  • • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift frequently and solutions are not always predefined.
  • • Familiarity with AI/ML products, data tools, or automation platforms; understanding of what they do and how to maximize their utility without needing to build them.
  • • Creative, solutions-first mindset: ability to select the best tool for the job, including Solink features, third-party integrations, or novel approaches.
  • • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering, or LLM-based tools.
