- • Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services
- • Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and present tailored solutions aligned with OCBC’s product offerings
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through consistent, high-quality communication to drive loyalty and retention
- • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and internal bank policies
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer experience
- • Work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and time management to maintain productivity
- • Leverage CRM software and Microsoft Office applications to track interactions, update customer records, and report sales activities accurately
- • Proactively identify customer pain points and match them with appropriate financial solutions, including savings, investments, loans, or insurance products
- • Maintain a deep understanding of OCBC’s financial products and services to provide accurate, compliant, and customer-centric advice

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree or diploma in a relevant field with at least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry

- • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
