- • As a Product Strategist for Wizz at Voodoo SAS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing social app designed for teens, with over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance user engagement, safety, and meaningful connections in a pressure-free environment, directly contributing to Voodoo’s mission of entertaining the world through innovative mobile experiences.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing Wizz’s competitive landscape to uncover new business opportunities, combining analytics and user research to identify core user motivations and fuel ideation for product improvements, managing key product operations such as CRM and monetization strategies, solving operational challenges as they arise, contributing to high-level strategic decisions by helping define both short- and long-term product roadmaps, and identifying and owning key performance metrics to drive measurable impact.
- • You will join a high-performing Consumer Apps team of 20 professionals dedicated to creating innovative and engaging apps for daily enjoyment, operating within Voodoo’s broader mission to entertain a global audience. The team fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-informed experimentation, with a strong emphasis on empowering young users to express themselves authentically through Wizz’s unique friend-finding and chat experience.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2C mobile product strategy, sharpen your analytical and hypothesis-driven decision-making skills, gain end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle processes from insight to execution, and build strategic influence by working closely with executive leadership. You will also cultivate a nuanced understanding of teen user behavior, social dynamics in digital spaces, and ethical product design—positioning yourself for accelerated growth in product leadership, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
🎯 Requirements
- • Tier 1 academic background in business or engineering
- • First experience (internship or equivalent) in a fast-paced environment such as top-tier consulting, banking, startup, or scale-up
- • Hyper-analytical mindset with a track record of obsessing over product metrics, rigorously testing hypotheses, and making data-driven decisions
- • Fluency in both French and English
- • Passion for B2C mobile apps and an intuitive feel for UI/UX, even without formal product management experience
- • High drive, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
