📋 Description
- • We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director – Provider Data to lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
- • This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- • The Director partners closely with engineering, operations, data, design, and business stakeholders to align product investments with enterprise objectives.
- • This leader continuously evolves the product portfolio by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and modern product development practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
- • 8+ years of product management experience.
- • 3+ years in a people management/leadership role.
- • Provider data strategy experience.
- • Proven success leading multiple products or complex product portfolios.
- • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing product teams.

- • Annual salary of 161,900 - 269,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
