You will engage directly with operators and executives within portfolio companies to meticulously diagnose complex business challenges, identify inefficiencies, and understand critical workflows. This deep dive will involve leading structured discovery sessions, facilitating workshops, and conducting insightful interviews to gather comprehensive requirements and define clear, measurable success metrics for proposed solutions. A core responsibility will be translating these intricate business needs into precise functional and technical requirements, detailed user stories, and actionable acceptance criteria that engineering teams can effectively implement.
