- • As a Product Success Manager II, Performance (Collegiate), you will own the full implementation and onboarding cycle for collegiate partners on either Teamworks Nutrition or Teamworks Strength and Conditioning, ensuring products are adopted into daily workflows of performance staff such as registered dietitians, strength coaches, and athletic trainers.
- • Day to day, you will build and manage a growing portfolio of collegiate partners, maintain proactive communication, track engagement, identify risks or opportunities, drive product value through deeper platform use in team decisions and interdisciplinary workflows, and own the full partner lifecycle including renewals, expansions, and escalations.
- • You will join the Collegiate Performance team at Teamworks Technologies, Inc., which works directly with collegiate athletic departments to reduce silos and help performance staff function as a connected team around the athlete, supporting hundreds of programs nationwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the Teamworks High Performance platform and broader Performance ecosystem, contribute to internal process improvements, and grow into specialty initiatives while applying your collegiate athletics experience at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Registered Dietitian credential (for Nutrition role) or CSCS and/or SCCC certification (for Strength and Conditioning role)
- • Meaningful collegiate athletics experience with understanding of performance department operations, staff pressures, and seasonal decision-making
- • Hands-on experience with at least one Teamworks Performance product (Nutrition, S&C, or HP) or similar software in a collegiate or professional setting
- • Track record of building strong relationships in high-trust environments with coaches, administrators, or performance staff
- • Comfort with pace and ambiguity, ability to adapt without losing focus on partner needs
- • Strong communication skills to translate platform capabilities to practitioners and bring partner feedback to internal teams
