- ⢠As a Product Support Associate at Equip Health Inc., you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and external customers seeking technical assistance, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless access to Equipâs evidence-based eating disorder treatment platform. Your work directly supports the companyâs mission to provide effective, virtual care to individuals across all 50 states by resolving technical barriers that could impede treatment engagement and outcomes.
- ⢠You will deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient support to users experiencing product issues or seeking assistance with Equipâs software and platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows and patient care through timely resolution of technical concerns.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and troubleshooting software and platform-related problems reported via phone, email, chat, and other channels; assisting users with hardware and software issues; escalating unresolved issues to senior team members or appropriate internal teams with diligent follow-up; consistently documenting all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system; and performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

- ⢠Associates or bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience
- ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ⢠Ability to work 9 am â 6 pm PST, with willingness to participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed
- ⢠Strong customer-service orientation with professional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to follow processes with strong attention to detail
- ⢠Quick learner with strong interest in mastering new technologies, including Equipâs platform and product support best practices
- ⢠Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically to solve challenges in a fast-paced, fluid environment
