• • As a Product Support Engineer at Microblink Ltd., you will be at the forefront of ensuring our strategic customers achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge Identity Intelligence OS. This role is pivotal in fostering robust, collaborative, and trust-based customer relationships, directly contributing to revenue triumphs and the company's success narratives.
• • You will be responsible for resolving complex inquiries related to Microblink's suite of products. This includes in-depth code debugging, guiding customers through integration updates, and optimizing product configurations to meet their specific needs.
• • A significant part of your role will involve expertly guiding developers and technical teams through the implementation and upgrading of Microblink's technology across a diverse range of platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and various cross-platform frameworks. Your guidance will be crucial for seamless integration and optimal performance.
• • You will act as a critical liaison between our customers and internal teams. This involves meticulously triaging, documenting, and escalating technical bugs to the Engineering and Product teams. Maintaining strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the resolution process is paramount.
• • By analyzing support trends and product performance data, you will provide actionable insights to Product owners. This feedback loop is essential for informing future roadmap development and ensuring Microblink's offerings continue to evolve and meet market demands.
• • You will be instrumental in helping customers navigate and leverage advanced features such as identity verification, sophisticated workflow creation, robust fraud detection mechanisms, precise biometric matching, and insightful analytics dashboards.
• • The role demands a proactive approach to understanding and communicating best practices for utilizing Microblink's solutions, especially given the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• • You will embody a "start-up" mindset, taking full ownership of customer issues from initial report to final resolution, while adhering to the discipline required by a mature organization and its SLAs.
• • Your work will directly contribute to Microblink's mission of providing continuous identity control in an adversarial AI era, replacing static verification with dynamic, real-time command centers for managing signals, policies, and decisioning.
• • You will be supporting a product that processed 2.9 billion identities across 195+ countries/territories in 2025, backed by a proprietary Fraud Lab that achieves 100% deepfake detection in rigorous testing.
