- • As a Product Support Specialist at Watershed Technology, Inc., you will play a vital role in helping enterprise customers successfully navigate and derive value from the company’s sustainability platform, directly contributing to their climate action goals and the company’s mission of enabling real decarbonization.
- • Day to day, you will assist customers with product feature inquiries, platform usability, technical issues, and time-sensitive concerns; exceed expectations in response quality and timeliness; collaborate with the Support team to refine workflows and create knowledge base content; educate users on platform functionality; advocate for customer needs internally; and liaise with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other teams to drive positive outcomes.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing startup with offices in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Mexico City, and remote teams across the US and Europe, where collaboration and innovation are central to shaping both the product and company culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS customer support, develop strong technical communication skills, gain exposure to carbon accounting and ESG reporting frameworks, and grow your ability to influence product development through customer insights—positioning you for advancement in technical support, customer success, or product-focused roles within a purpose-led organization.
