- • Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of studio equipment for digital showroom and livestream productions at Firework’s Hollywood Studio.
- • Support production teams by managing props, wardrobe, lighting setups, and background elements during live and pre-recorded sessions.
- • Coordinate with talent, directors, and technical staff to ensure seamless execution of video commerce content.
- • Monitor and maintain audio and video recording equipment, reporting malfunctions or technical issues to senior production staff.
- • Prepare and organize shooting schedules, call sheets, and production documentation for daily operations.
- • Assist with on-set logistics including crew coordination, talent check-ins, and studio space management.
- • Ensure compliance with studio safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free production environment.
- • Support post-production workflows by organizing and labeling raw footage, assisting with file transfers, and preparing assets for editing teams.
- • Respond to real-time production needs during livestream events, including quick adjustments to lighting, camera angles, or background elements.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to align production deliverables with brand and platform goals.
- • Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment, restocking as needed and coordinating with vendors for replacements.
- • Document daily production activities and submit accurate time logs and incident reports as required.
- • Adapt quickly to changing production priorities, last-minute schedule changes, and evolving content formats in a fast-paced environment.
- • Learn and apply best practices in video commerce production, including interactive shopping features and real-time audience engagement tools.
- • Represent Firework professionally on set by maintaining a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude under pressure.

- • Ability to work part-time in a fast-paced studio environment in Los Angeles
- • Basic understanding of video production equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, tripods)
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Reliable transportation to and from the Hollywood Studio
- • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production workflows
- • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
