📋 Description

• Production Engineers at FluidStack Inc. are responsible for designing, building, and operating the company's data center network infrastructure.
• The team is working on exciting projects such as turning network faults into closed tickets, building the network repair pipeline, and creating the network monitoring platform for a growing fleet.
• As a Production Engineer, you will own network fleet health end-to-end, build active debugging tooling, and turn repair into a pipeline.
• You will also own network qualification and validation, and ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at scale.
• The ideal candidate is someone who treats toil as a bug, thinks in systems, and is fluent with AI tooling.
• They should have experience in shipping production network tooling or automation, and be comfortable in any language using AI coding tools.
• Bonus skills include RMA and repair lifecycle automation, large-scale datacenter fabric, and out-of-band network management.

🎯 Requirements

• Treat toil as a bug and build tooling to automate tasks.
• Think in systems and understand how different components interact.
• Be fluent with AI tooling and drive Claude Code, Cursor, or similar every day.
• Have experience in shipping production network tooling or automation.
• Be comfortable in any language using AI coding tools.
