📋 Description

• As a Production Manager at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will drive the hands-on management, development, and strategic oversight of production operations, leading the transition of custom customer projects into a high-performing, world-class Lean Manufacturing environment for mission-critical components used in modular AI data centers and utility-scale power distribution centers.
• You will lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of 6 production leads and 120 skilled technicians, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and production efficiency metrics consistently exceed customer and business expectations while promoting a culture of excellence aligned with Crusoe’s Mission Critical values.
• Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the future of energy and intelligence from the ground up, owning and operating each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world’s most ambitious AI workloads with an energy-first approach.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in Lean Manufacturing application, strategic planning and scheduling, operational reporting, talent development, cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Supply Chain, stakeholder relationship building, and end-to-end project accountability, positioning you to drive innovation in AI Edge capabilities and grow your career alongside experts in energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent professional experience fully considered)
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing management operations experience, with at least 5+ years in a direct supervisory or leadership role
• 2+ years of direct, hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience with deep understanding of continuous improvement tools
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams focused on collaboration and accountability
• Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency, results-oriented mindset, and outstanding execution capabilities
• Hands-on, decisive, and visible operational leadership style with demonstrated success managing production floor morale and tracking key operational metrics
• Deep passion for mentoring team members and driving process excellence
• Strong computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
