- • Amplify Education seeks a Professional Development Strategist to support district partners in implementing core, supplemental, and assessment programming, driving sustainable educational change through strategic PD initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing multi-year PD strategies, planning logistics with district partners, advising on pedagogical and change management matters, conducting program reviews, and building district capacity for self-sustaining implementation.
- • The role operates within Amplify’s regional PD teams, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Account Executives, Product teams, and fellow PD Strategists to elevate customer experience and align with company goals.
- • The strategist will grow expertise in educational leadership, program design, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the success of over 15 million students nationwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- • 5+ years of K-8 classroom teaching experience in STEM
- • Experience designing and delivering professional development sessions at scale to help educators adopt new practices
- • Large scale project management experience in an educational setting
- • Proven time management skills when managing multiple tasks
- • Experience analyzing project feedback data to inform implementation next steps
- • Demonstrated proficiency in technology integration and use of productivity tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- • Ability to travel regionally and nationally (20-40% of the year) with valid US driver’s license and full COVID-19 vaccination
