This Professional (Senior) Sales Representative role for the Respiratory division in Lancaster, PA, is a critical position focused on driving the adoption and success of our therapeutic solutions within a defined geographical territory.
- • The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with Viatris' overarching sales strategies and objectives. This involves a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape, including key prescribers, institutions, and market dynamics.
- • You will be responsible for conducting impactful sales presentations to a diverse range of targeted customers, including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. The goal is to effectively communicate the value proposition of Viatris' respiratory products, highlighting their clinical benefits, efficacy, and how they address unmet patient needs.
- • A core responsibility is achieving and exceeding quarterly sales goals within the territory. This success must be achieved while strictly adhering to all ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring the integrity of Viatris' operations and reputation.

- • Maintaining high levels of call and field productivity is a key performance indicator. This requires efficient territory management, strategic scheduling of visits, and maximizing the impact of every interaction to drive business results.
- • You will be tasked with gathering and leveraging critical information from various sources, including healthcare offices, pharmacists, and other relevant contacts. This intelligence will be used to develop and implement tailored strategies for specific territory prescribers, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.
- • The role involves strategically utilizing the Viatris sample program, product literature, and other promotional materials to enhance physician awareness and understanding of our respiratory products. This educational component is vital for driving product adoption and patient benefit.
- • A key aspect of the job is effectively differentiating Viatris products from those of competitors. This requires a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to articulate unique selling points and advantages.
