📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary field representative for Viatris respiratory products in the Tupelo, MS territory, which includes Tupelo, Oxford, Corinth, Southhaven, and the Delta.
- • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales strategies, objectives, and regional priorities.
- • Conduct high-impact, compliant sales presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals to drive product awareness and adoption.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets within assigned territory while strictly adhering to ethical sales practices and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
- • Apply targeting principles to identify, prioritize, and engage key prescribers based on data-driven insights and market dynamics.
- • Create and implement detailed pre-call planning strategies for high-value accounts to maximize field productivity and conversion rates.
- • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, office staff, and internal stakeholders.
- • Utilize sales tools including product samples, educational literature, and digital resources to enhance physician engagement and product knowledge.
- • Differentiate Viatris respiratory products from competing brands by articulating unique value propositions and addressing customer concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
- • Collect and analyze feedback from healthcare providers and local offices to refine territory strategies and optimize product positioning.
- • Maintain high levels of call volume and field activity, ensuring consistent and measurable engagement across the territory.
- • Participate actively in continuous learning initiatives, including product training, disease state education, and sales methodology development.
- • Demonstrate business acumen by understanding market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- • Exhibit strong influence and negotiation skills to drive prescription volume and secure formulary placement where applicable.
- • Operate independently as a self-starter with high motivation, while also collaborating effectively as part of a regional and national sales team.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to track activities, report outcomes, and manage customer data.
- • Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet with healthcare providers and attend relevant medical events.
- • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards governing pharmaceutical sales practices.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record to support daily field responsibilities.
