  • • The Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Women's Health role at Viatris Inc. is critical to driving sales growth and expanding access to women's health products within an assigned territory, directly supporting the company's mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life by delivering high-quality medicines to patients.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing territory business plans aligned with Viatris sales strategies, conducting quality sales presentations to healthcare providers, achieving quarterly sales goals while maintaining ethical standards, gathering market intelligence from pharmacies and offices to inform prescriber targeting, and leveraging sample programs and educational materials to increase product awareness.
  • • Viatris is a global healthcare leader that bridges generics and brands to provide scalable access to medicines, serving approximately 1 billion patients annually across the lifespan—from birth to end of life—and is recognized on multiple award lists for its impact in healthcare innovation and patient outcomes.
  • • In this role, the representative will develop advanced sales planning and execution skills, deepen expertise in women's health therapeutics, strengthen influence and negotiation abilities, and gain experience in territory management and customer relationship building within a purpose-driven, inclusive organization committed to professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience, with consideration given to equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • • Demonstrated business acumen, success in influence and negotiation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and listening skills, and willingness to travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays.
  • • Must reside in the assigned territory geography, possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and be authorized to drive a company-leased or rental vehicle.
  • • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
