- • As a Professional (Senior) Sales Representative in Women's Health, you will drive sales growth and market penetration for Viatris' pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory, directly contributing to the company's mission of empowering people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute territory business plans aligned with Viatris sales strategies, conduct quality sales presentations to healthcare providers, achieve quarterly sales goals while maintaining ethical standards, gather market intelligence from pharmacies and offices to refine targeting, and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management.
- • Viatris is a global healthcare leader that bridges generics and brands to deliver high-quality medicines to approximately 1 billion patients annually, operating with a strong commitment to accessibility, innovation, and ethical practices across the healthcare spectrum.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced pharmaceutical sales expertise, refine negotiation and influence techniques, deepen your understanding of women's health therapeutics, and gain experience in strategic territory management—positioning you for continued growth within Viatris’ commercial organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- • Demonstrated business acumen and proven success in influence and negotiation skills
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening abilities
- • Ability to travel throughout the territory (including overnight travel) and reside within the assigned geography
- • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and authorization to operate a company-leased or rental vehicle

- • Competitive salary range: $100,000–$150,000 for Professional level, $108,000–$162,000 for Senior level
